My trip to Thailand a few years back totally changed my life and opened my eyes to the issue of orphans and the sex trade. These are issues that ultimately are rooted in poverty, and I know that my life will be an absolute failure if I don't fight injustice w/ all my being. That's why, in November, I'm meeting at my old YWAM base in Colorado w/ some key leaders and missionaries to pursue starting a sponsorship program that will help rescue women from the sex trade, and put them to work so they can learn to support themselves and thier families, and also to fund adoptions and one day elimnate orphanages all together. I think you're totally right. I believe that we are the generation that has to get this job done. If we don't...who will? I stand right beside you Jamie.
