Pax-Fiendos, a Latin name meaning “peace-maker,” is an international service organization based in British Columbia, Canada. The company has primarily been involved with projects concerning leadership and self development.

Most of the self development projects begin with an assessment, followed by a feedback session. From there we move onto the creation of a development plan with coaching.

Our leadership coaching philosophy stems from the idea that true leaders “create meaning for others to think and act.” Furthermore, leaders need to be team players who are sound, transparent communicators, who have the agility to change.

Awareness and reflection are the key components of leadership development and individual growth, and we use them as the foundation of our coaching and feedback.
